Spray Foam Roofing
Conklin’s Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) System is a great way to provide high-grade roof insulation for superior protection from the elements. With an insulation value of R-6.5 per inch of thickness, SPF effectively controls air infiltration and reduces cooling and heating costs. During the restoration process, the entire roof is insulated with SPF (at a minimum thickness of one inch) and sealed with a reflective finish coat.
Spray polyurethane foam is durable, flexible, and offers long-term commercial roof protection. Mid-State’s spray foam commercial roofing systems includes two coats of an unsurpassed weather-resistant barrier applied to your roof’s substrate.
Advantages of Conklin’s Spray Foam Roofing System:
- Stops leaks.
- Stops lateral water seepage with the foam’s closed-cell structure.
- Simplifies repairs – most damage can be fixed with caulk gun and sealant.
- Extends the life of the roof.
Spray foam for roofing is quicker to install than traditional commercial roof systems because there’s no dismantling needed of your current roof – no discarded debris on the work site and less cleanup required.
